Child Safety Standards

Axxion Wallet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking and any other sexualisation of minors. This policy sets out our published standards against CSAE, as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

1. Age restriction

Axxion Wallet is rated 18+ and is not directed to children. Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to create an account. Accounts we reasonably believe belong to a minor are terminated and their data deleted.

2. No user-to-user content sharing

Axxion Wallet is a financial self-custody tool. It has no social feed, no public profiles, no user-to-user messaging and no photo or video sharing between users. The only messaging channel is a private support conversation between a user and the Axxion support team, and attachments in that channel are reviewed by staff.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading, transmitting or requesting CSAM or any sexualised depiction of a minor
• Grooming, sextortion, solicitation or trafficking of minors
• Using Axxion Wallet to fund, facilitate or profit from any CSAE activity
• Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting your age to open an account

4. Reporting

Report suspected CSAE immediately to childsafety@axxionpocket.com, or through in-app support. Reports are reviewed by a trained member of our trust and safety team, and we aim to acknowledge every report within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement and escalation

Confirmed violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, preservation of the relevant evidence, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local law enforcement where applicable. We cooperate fully with lawful requests from child-protection authorities.

6. Child safety point of contact

Regulators, app stores and child-protection organisations can reach our designated child safety contact at childsafety@axxionpocket.com. We comply with applicable CSAE laws in every market where Axxion Wallet is distributed.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the United States you can also contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
