Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Axxion Wallet account and the personal data linked to it at any time, free of charge. Axxion Wallet is a self-custody wallet: deleting your account removes your account data from our systems but does not move, destroy or recover any funds held at your blockchain addresses.

Delete from inside the app

Open Settings → Give Feedback / Support and send a message with the subject "Delete my account". Our team verifies the request from your signed-in account and completes deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once it is done.

Delete by email

Send a request from the email address on your account to privacy@axxionpocket.com with the subject "Account deletion request".

What is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and authentication factors, including two-factor enrolments
• Profile information: email, display name, avatar image, display currency and language
• Wallet labels, colours, token visibility preferences and notification settings
• Support conversations, attachments and feedback you sent us
• Referral codes, referral records and connected dApp records
• In-app transaction records stored in your account

What we cannot delete

• Public blockchain data. Transactions broadcast to public networks are permanent, are not controlled by Axxion, and cannot be edited or erased by anyone.
• Legally required records. Limited records such as fraud-prevention, security and accounting logs may be kept for up to 24 months where law requires it, then are securely destroyed.

Your recovery phrase

Your 12-word recovery phrase never leaves your device and is never stored on our servers. Deleting your account does not delete your wallet. Keep your phrase safe if you intend to access those funds again — without your account, the phrase is the only way back in.

Timing

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Backups containing your data are rotated out within a further 30 days. Your account is disabled immediately once the request is verified.
